BCBA Launched

BCBA Launched

Bassein Christian Business Association (BCBA) was officially inaugurated on September 10, 2016 at YMCA, hall by His Grace Archbishop Felix Machado. Around 250 Christian entrepreneurs from Vasai–Virar region gathered for the launch ceremony. While talking to business people, Archbishop said that the business people should follow ethical practices and help each other to grow. Also, he mentioned that we need to avoid any misunderstanding with other communities and we should work with them while serving this association.

Anchoring was done by Paul Gonsalves and Nilesh Menezes gave a presentation on BCBA’s vision, objectives, plans and rules for membership.

Bassein Catholic Bank was the chief sponsor for the event. The chairman of the bank Mr. Michael Furtado, General Manager Brijdina Cutinho and AGM Mr. Vyas gave information about various schemes available with the bank and mentioned that bank is always open to help the businessmen. They also offered best wishes for BCBA.

While talking on the subject Networking, Alex Emanuel (Founder Director of PEOPLEPLUS HR) said that networking should be done to establish a relationship. Getting business should not be the sole motive of such networking. If you develop a relationship, you will surely get the business in the longer run.

Bassein Christian Business Association (BCBA) is a movement of Christian entrepreneurs and professionals with a dream to create entrepreneurship skills for its community by pooling and harnessing resources and nurturing each other’s growth in a spirit of transparency, commitment, excellence and trust.
